Restaurant-Style Hamburger

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs ground chuck

  • Sea salt & black pepper

  • 6 burger buns

  • 6 slices cheddar

  • Tomato, lettuce, red onion, dill pickles

Steps:

  1. Toast buns with butter.

  2. Form 1/3 lb patties, season generously.

  3. Grill 3–5 min per side, add cheese last minute.

  4. Rest patties before serving.
