Russian Missile Attack Kills 36, Hits Children’s Hospital in Kyiv

In a devastating act of aggression, Russia launched a barrage of missiles across Ukraine, resulting in the deaths of at least 36 civilians. Among the targets was Kyiv’s main children’s hospital, which suffered severe damage in the deadliest air strike in months. The attack occurred during broad daylight, leaving the city in shock and grief.

Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klitschko reported that two people lost their lives at the hospital, including a 30-year-old doctor, while another 16 were wounded, seven of whom were children. The hospital’s windows shattered, panels ripped off, and parents holding babies emerged from the rubble, dazed and sobbing. The Ukrainian Air Force confirmed that Russian hypersonic Kinzhal missiles were used in the assault, making detection and interception extremely challenging.

This horrifying incident underscores the urgent need for global action to halt Russia’s strikes and protect innocent lives. As the world watches, we must unite to put an end to this senseless violence and ensure the safety of civilians caught in the crossfire,
