Tragedy in Ahmedabad: Air India Crash Claims Hundreds of Lives

In a devastating aviation disaster, at least 270 bodies have been recovered from the crash site of a London-bound Air India Boeing 787 Dreamliner in Ahmedabad, India. The aircraft, carrying 242 passengers and crew, lost altitude moments after takeoff on Thursday, crashing into a residential area and killing nearly all on board, along with two dozen people on the ground.  

Authorities are working tirelessly to identify the victims, as most bodies were charred or mutilated, requiring DNA matching for confirmation. The lone survivor, Vishwash Kumar Ramesh, is currently under medical observation but is expected to recover.  

Investigators have recovered the black box from the wreckage, which may provide crucial insights into the cause of the crash. The Indian government has launched a high-level inquiry to examine potential failures and improve aviation safety measures.  

Families of the victims are anxiously awaiting updates, with many expressing frustration over delays in the identification process. As the world mourns this tragedy, aviation experts are closely analyzing the incident to prevent future disasters.
