Ingredients

  • 1 bag prepared shredded coleslaw mix (typically green cabbage, red cabbage, and carrots)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (use a good-quality brand like Hellmann’s or Duke’s)
  • ¼ cup sour cream (adds tang and richness)
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon celery seed
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 scallions, thinly sliced (optional, for extra crunch and flavor)

Instructions
