  • 7/8 cup sweetened condensed milk (about ¾ cup + 2 tbsp) 
  • 2 large egg whites
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • Optional: 4 oz semi‑sweet chocolate, chopped (for dipping)
