   Ingredients: 1.75 pounds skinless chicken breasts 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 4 large garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon dried thyme ½ teaspoon dried oregano 1¼ teaspoons salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1½ teaspoons lemon zest Instructions: 1. Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a zip-lock bag and pound them to an even ½-inch thickness. 2. Make the Marinade: Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a zip-lock bag. 3. Marinate: Add the chicken to the bag, seal, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. 4. Grill: Preheat the grill to high heat and oil the grates.
