Escalation in Gaza: Israeli Strikes Intensify Amid Trump’s Middle East Visit

Israeli military strikes have killed scores of Palestinians across Gaza, marking a significant escalation in the ongoing conflict. The bombardment comes as former U.S. President Donald Trump continues his visit to the Middle East, raising hopes among some Palestinians that diplomatic pressure could lead to a de-escalation.

Local health authorities report that the airstrikes targeted residential areas, resulting in numerous casualties, including women and children. The Israeli military has yet to comment on the latest attacks, though reports suggest that Hamas military leader Mohammad Sinwar may have been among those targeted.

Meanwhile, efforts to broker a ceasefire remain stalled, with both Hamas and Israel blaming each other for the lack of progress. Trump’s visit has added a new dimension to the crisis, as he meets with regional leaders and discusses potential solutions.

The humanitarian situation in Gaza continues to deteriorate, with aid groups warning of famine and widespread displacement. As the violence intensifies, the international community faces mounting pressure to intervene and push for a resolution to the conflict.
