   Ingredients: 1.75 pounds skinless chicken breasts 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 4 large garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon dried thyme ½ teaspoon dried oregano 1¼ teaspoons salt ½ teaspoon black pepper 1½ teaspoons lemon zest Instructions: 1. Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in a zip-lock bag and pound them to an even ½-inch thickness. 2. Make the Marinade: Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a zip-lock bag. 3. Marinate: Add the chicken to the bag, seal, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. 4. Grill: Preheat the grill to high heat and oil the grates. International Aid Mobilized as Jerusalem Wildfires Rage

Israel has reached out to neighboring countries, including Cyprus, for assistance in combating devastating wildfires near Jerusalem. The fires, fueled by dry conditions and strong winds, have forced evacuations and closed major highways, including the critical Route 1 connecting Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared the situation a national emergency, emphasizing the urgent need to protect Jerusalem and surrounding communities. Cyprus, along with Greece, Croatia, Italy, and Bulgaria, has been asked to provide firefighting aircraft to aid in controlling the flames. 

The fires have already caused injuries, with several people hospitalized for smoke inhalation and burns. Authorities are investigating the possibility of arson, with one suspect arrested in connection to the blaze. Emergency services continue to work tirelessly, supported by international aid, to contain what is being described as one of the largest wildfires in the region's history.
